IrisManager now supported by Estwald

Esta entrada es para un hasta luego de la escena de PS3, realmente empecé con Iris para unos días y poco a poco me fui liando y hasta terminé involucrando al gran Hermes. Verdaderamente estas semanas de navidad fueron muy intensas, aunque no fuera capaz de seguirle el ritmo a Estwald (Hermes), como siempre aprendí mucho y disfruté de sus perlas de sabiduría

Yo sólo ya me estaba encargando de mantener el GIT actualizado, pero ya las últimas semanas no funcionaba y por mucho que avisé al administrador, no parecía haber mucho interés en que el git de la escena funcionara (cosa que no comprendo, el error se arregla en un rato). Bueno, como realmente el objetivo de llevar Iris a los nuevos CFW se completó y si añadimos que hace nada he sido padre y ya prácticamente no tenía tiempo de hacer nuevas aportaciones más allá de pequeños arreglos… He decidido pasarle el testigo a Estwald, autor original del Hermes Manager, en que mejores manos puede estar

Este ahora es el nuevo hilo que será mantenido por Estwald.

Realmente la última versión que repasé y añadí cuatro cosillas fue beta de 1.50, pero como estaba incompleta preferí no publicar. Así que nos quedamos con la 1.38 como mi last release y su tema en EOL como recuerdo ;D

Estoy contento sobretodo por haber animado una pequeña revolución que parece haber conseguido que multiman sea completamente opensource, no se si realmente al final lo hará, pero el autor finalmente parece que respetará la GPL…

Como digo esto no es mi final en la escena de PS3, la verdad que me gustaría buscarme una forma de poder hacer experimentos y poder dejar unos días la consola sin uso normal, aunque la jefa seguro que me grita cuando intente jugar. Bueno quizás me busque otra para trastear y no molestarla a ella

Lo dicho compañeros, yo paso a un segundo plano en la escena de PS3 y se que os dejo en las mejores manos, las de Hermes.

Some days ago i was father of a little boy, and my scene time is almost zero. But Estwald (Hermes) now re-takes his original project, its tha best hands we have.
Thanks for the zillions of mails, with advices, support, suggestions, etc… I not have much time to respond but thanks

I think my best contribution was that MM is near to release his code, I’m glad that guy of the PS3 scene respect the GPL again.

Anyway my goal (bring Iris to 4.xx)  was achieved and I wanna to do another job in the scene background. Maybe some silly tests, or something enough to be published. I don’t know atm…

IrisManager 1.50.x still in beta

The new great PSX load feature that is added by Estwald in a beta release and is released for testing.
Only the** releases published here** are considered** stable**. Anyway your tests are very welcomed and will be appreciated

Remember, IrisManager is tha best because is Open Source, any improvement we can add will not do better than already is. Because any IrisManager work is for everyone.

The Open Source makes the community grow, better, stronger.
